This family is from CA USA. They work in the education field so now is the during the vacation time. Since they are Vietnam’s background they often visit Vietnam via Japan. The property is located in the city of Sakai. Flawless access to reach many Japanese major cities, such as Kyoto and Nara.

Being mesmerized by the Japanese culture they are always thrilled to visit Japan twice a year. I am grateful they brought the Dunkin Donuts coffee bean. The only thing I can’t get in Japan is the coffee. I really miss American foods and coffee!! Facing the American culture is vital. It’s fabulous to see Americans in Japan.

Finding the Right Location

If you are looking to secure a "second home" or establish an international base, Osaka Japan is highly recommended as "overseas gateway" Osaka is attractive for the affordability and quality of life. Urban hubs may provide better rental potential, but countryside and coastal locations often come with more charm and lower prices. Osaka has both sides. KIX area( by the airport) is more chilled but close to KIX and still good access to Dotonbori. You might change your mind later to rent out. I can help you to find the tenant if you want.
Owning a home abroad is a long-distance commitment. If you won’t be living there full-time, you’ll need to think about how to manage maintenance, utilities, and security. I can provide the maintenance service as well.
Buying a home overseas can trigger tax obligations abroad . You may be liable for property taxes, rental income tax, in Osaka Japan where the home is located, again I can handle the taxes as well.
