APA Hotel in Japan
APA is budget traveler hotel. Most hotels come with WiFi, it’s the tech age!
Safety/convenient is quite subjective on your personal comfort level. It also really depends on the area where the hotel is located.
Japan in general is safe but one should still be vigilant about the area you plan to visit or stay.
Example, in Osaka, depending on your visit itinerary, I suggest looking at hotels along the JR or subway lines; namba, dotonburi, shin-Osaka area.
You can do a google search on staying in Osaka area; it’ll show you the different municipalities that might meet your needs and where to avoid.
For a big group such as more than 3 people Airbnb might work. The capsule hotel is not recommended since you won't lose the fatigue too much, especially from the jet lag.
At APA Hotel's lobby I was supposed to have a meeting with my client. There are chairs and desks so you can bring your friend or business partner for a short briefing to discuss the matter.
