Key handover day at the wagyu restaurant!!

Congratulations to my client on receiving the keys to her new property!
Wishing her all the happiness as she settles into her new home and start this exciting chapter.
The high-rise condominium' keys were handed over at the wagyu restaurant in the city of Osaka. 
The Kobe beef was super excellent. The establishment is located in Yodoyabashi area, packed with business men, holiday makers and regulars. 
The handover of keys typically occurs at the closing, also known as settlement. This event marks the official transfer of property ownership from the seller to the buyer.

I consider the handover not as the end of a deal but the beginning of a relationship. We are preparing for air conditioners, appliances and furniture. Most English speaking people purchase furniture and appliance at IKEYA or Nitori. As for the fridge and laundry, KS denki might work. They measure the size of the property for free before making a payment. As for the air conditioners former REMAX agent takes care of them. He speaks English so you can contact him directly to ask when to install, how many, power etc....

New step is to submit the 1 month notice to the current landlord. Most of the case, move-out inspection is required. I will be present so she won't fall for landlord/management company's talking.

I am not only the buyer's agent but I side with her against the landlord and get her ready to move in the new condo.
